About the Society

The LSN Historical Society was established in 1276 DR by library connoisseur Osri Cas. It started with just her and three other members in a spare room on LLS13. Since then, it's expanded to having sites across every station in the network with a massive library on it's origin station. This site is a digitized version of our main library detailing our universe, galaxy, significant events and people, and various other things. Note that not everything is currently available online and that this site will be ever evolving so long as we have the funds to afford to do so.

Also yes I have just been making all the fun features and styles instead of writing my lore here so don't be surprised if the pages seems kinda empty. I'm gonna add more I promise!

About the Site

This site started in my freetime during an internship where I was just burning time with fun website ideas. Thats mostly why it's kinda overengineered for how little actual lore I've written lol but that said it's done in a way to fit in some with in-world tech and aesthetics. Development has declined a lot since the Fall semester started back up and I've been busy with other things and overall somewhat burnt out of coding. Though I do still want to add to this more in the future, probably just whenever the energy comes back I guess.

While there may not be massive content updates currently I have been periodically changing out the music recommendations on the 'taskbar' roughly every few weeks. I've been using it to promote smaller artists I like and usually try to vary the genre and/or sound between the 3 artists listed at a time. Maybe I'll make a list of all them. I have the old versions of the site somewhere still I think if not then nevermind actually lol

More will come in the future *probably* but until then check out those gradients on the Windows XP stuff. I worked really hard on recreating them lmao
